Coming from Dr. Denise, as a mom that is expecting baby number 4 any day, making sure that I am adjusted is so crucial. I want to make sure that your body is in it's optimal position so that having your baby goes as smooth as it can. Our bodies are going through so much growing the little one that we also need to be reminded that we need to take care of ourselves and that includes getting adjusted!
