It’s Maintenance and Restocking time at Teaberry Farm. It’s “All Hands on Deck” here at the Farm. Our store will be CLOSED until after school starts in August. But you can utilize our Farmstand Pick up every day. We provide pick up from 4 great Vendors at the Farmstand ! Humble Harvest Homestead Good Human Mushrooms Mission Microgreen Farm and of course Teaberry Farm
We WILL still be at the Pace Market on Saturdays 9-1.

If you may have missed the news , you can now find me at on Saturdays from 9-2 downtown Pensacola. I will carry a few different varieties each week so you have different Microgreens to choose from. Some have asked if they can pre order and pick up and you definitely can . Just send me a message and I can get your order together . Thank you for supporting local farmers and small businesses.

Here's the menu for the week!
TUESDAY- 3 Birria tacos topped with fresh chopped cilantro, seasoned black beans topped with crumbled queso and sautéed mixed veggies (broccoli, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms)
WEDNESDAY- Blackened chicken alfredo topped with microgreens from Mission Microgreen Farm, sautéed broccolini and local tarragon oyster mushrooms from Lost Boys Mushrooms and a whole wheat dinner roll brushed with Banner butter
THURSDAY- Eggplant parmesan, topped with local microgreens, side salad with spring mix, cucumber, cultivar tomatoes, microgreens and a yeast roll brushed with garlic butter
FRIDAY- Chicken Cobb Salad, fresh cut mixed fruit cup
Comes with homestyle ranch on the side

The veining on this Red Veined Sorrel from is just amazing. I let this go to the 45 day mark . I do get asked if I ever use fertilizer to help with the growth and I don’t . The only thing I use is Coco Loco by . 🌱

Cantaloupe Microgreens have been one of my favorites to grow for a few years now . The flavor profile and the aroma that they put off is amazing. They take about 14 days to grow . Seeds are from . 🌱
