I grow my Microgreens using a bottom water method which requires one tray to have holes and one tray to have no holes. So when you order trays and you are wanting to also use the bottom water method you will need to order 1 set of each . The trays are great quality and I love that there are many holes so when you are growing microgreens that have smaller roots the water seems to get to them a little better .
