Dear friends,

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Starnes, co-founder of Starnes BBQ alongside his father in 1955. Larry was not only a beloved friend, father, husband, neighbor, pastor, doctor, grandfather, great-grandfather, father-in-law, and our dear papa, but above all, a dedicated servant in the kingdom of Jesus Christ. His legacy extends beyond his family and friends to the community he served and the business he built. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We humbly ask for your prayers as we navigate through this difficult time. Thank you all, and may God bless you abundantly.

We hope everyone has a blessed Memorial Day weekend as we remember those who have given their lives for our great nation.

We will be closing at 4pm today, Saturday, May 27.

We are happy to support Rebecca as she plans for her misson trip to Uganda this summer. There she will be feeding kids, working in school project sites, conducting home visits, ministering to young women, building relationships in the community and sharing Jesus.

Today, Thursday, April 27, all tips will go to help send Rebecca to Uganda! We would love for you to come by!

As of Friday, June 11, we will once again be welcoming our customers inside our restaurant!! Our hours will also resume to 8am-6pm, Tuesday through Saturday. We are so grateful for everyone’s patience and patronage through all of the adjustments that we’ve had to make in the past year and a half and are beyond excited to go back to doing business as we have for 66 years. The Lord has been faithful, and He has worked all things out for our good! See ya tomorrow!

The Starnes Bar-B-Q pork omelet. Pulled pork, grilled onion, smoked Gouda cheese, then their famous coleslaw, folded over and topped with their amazing sauce!! This omelet will not last long so hurry on down to 4th & Broadway!!!
