Welcome to my Public page. I want to add to your experience with informational posts and videos and of course always answering questions that you may have.

I am a Paducah Kentucky Brain Injury Lawyer practicing in Kentucky and Florida since 2000. In addition to being a Lawyer and an Entrepreneur, I am a Husband and a Father, as of February 2019. I have always had a passion for how the Brain works and its functions. The Primary Purpose of our Brain in Survival. The Brain is 2000 years old and its software has never been updated. The Brain is actually older than the heart and thus an organ this old is always the subject of ongoing study.

I am passionate about victims of Traumatic Brain Injury. The leading causes of TBI are Falls, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Sports Injuries. I frequently lecture on TBI around the country and will go anywhere to study, speak or represent victims of TBI.

In addition to my TBI practice I also litigate Car and Semi Truck Accidents, Hospital Negligence, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Jones Act and Maritime Cases, Defective and Dangerous Drugs and Medical Malpractice.
