Today, we honor and remember Brother Chad Shaw.

It feels like just yesterday that we were sharing laughter and enjoying his many antics. Chad’s vibrant personality and his deep love for his family, community, and service to others left a lasting impression on us all. Though he is deeply missed, his legacy and the joy he brought to our lives remain with us. Brother, you are truly missed!

FOP Scholarship Announcement -

FOP Scholarships are Closing Soon! Lodge 15 is proud to announce that we will once again be awarding scholarships this year. If you have a student that meets the criteria, they are welcome to apply.

In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week.

National Police Week offers honor, remembrance, and peer support, while allowing law enforcement, survivors, and citizens to gather and pay homage to those who gave their lives in the line of duty.

Please join us, as Jackson Purchase Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 15 remembers those who paid the ultimate sacrifice during Police Week 2024.

Brother's and Sister's,

Members of the Executive Board were informed this evening of the passing of Brother Louis Wood.

Louis had been a member of Lodge 15 for 30 years, and nearly 1 month. He retired as a midnight shift supervisor at the McCracken County Jail. There were many stories of the "old days" out there with "Woodsy" taking charge of situations.

His online obituary states there is visitation tomorrow night, as well as before the funeral on Friday. A link to his obituary is here:
