We are now serving Birria Tacos!

After countless requests to add Birria Tacos, our chefs are proud to bring you a traditional recipe that hits all the right spots. This recipe pays tribute to all of our abuelas (grandmas) who made sure we truly felt the love in every meal.

Our Birria Tacos begin with prime-grade beef, slow-cooked in a stew of chiles and secret traditional spices for 4 hours. Served on corn tortilla which is dipped in the signature stew and warmed to crisp perfection. For a traditional flavor, we recommend topping it with onion and cilantro.

But wait, there's more......we've also added our new Quesabirria Tacos. Similar to the Birria Tacos, these Quesabirria tacos are stuffed with cheese and topped with onion and cilantro for a true cheesy delight.

Each Taco Dinner option is served with 3 tacos and a cup of our signature stew for you to dip, sip, and enjoy. Dinners also include rice and beans.

We have grown vary rapidly in the last 6 months and are hiring a Lead Line Cook.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of restaurant experience

- Capable of placing orders

- Able to perform inventory checks

- Comfortable working the line in a past paced environment.

We will be closed today, New Years Day due to storm conditions.

Hiring line cook with minimum 1 year kitchen experience. Can start immediately. Top industry pay.
