Acorn Squash Saltimboca — prosciutto wrapped roasted squash in a sherry vinegar brown butter sauce with fresh sage and honey drizzle.

Dark & Stormy Pot Roast — ginger beer and spiced rum braised beef with yukon gold potatoes and carrots.

Cavoletto Risotto — parmesan risotto is topped with roasted balsamic brussels sprouts, pan seared salmon and balsamic glaze drizzle.

Creamy Pistachio Pasta — toasted pistachio cream sauce tossed with farfalle pasta with onions, crumbled sausage and chicken breast.
