We start again January 12th!

Playfulness is necessary to survive these days. My expectations of myself are low to keep the feeling of joy high.

Go where you're heart leads you. I'm noticing green. I check in with my heart and it says to pay attention to what I need.
How do you care for such a precious life force? I'm starting with self-compassion. Forgiveness for these negative self thoughts. Leaning into those who love me. Last, food I that makes me fall in love with cooking.
There's Movement of course but it's just dancing in the kitchen while I chop this rosemary into my eggs.

Every pilates instructor who sees a crab wants to try to be one with the animal. Ultimately it's just too scary of a move and an animal.

I love these moments. When a pilates instructor student surprised themselves with a skill they never knew they had. These moments are what I love for.
