As some of you may have noticed, our providers were out of the office Thursday and Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we are so excited to share that we are in training to help better our practice and the health and wellness of all our patients. Circle of Health Family Practice is a Nurse Practitioner run office. Christina and Jennifer see children and adults, ages 6 and up. We provide services such as primary care, preventative health care, chronic disease management, adult physicals, well child checks, sports physicals, women’s health services, Medicare physicals, diabetic exams, weight management, and bioidentical hormone replacement.
