It was sausage day in the kitchen for are famous Cassoulet de Toulouse, this homemade sausage is just a part of others homemade ingredients.
DELICIOUS!!
All my guests are asking, when are you making your delicious stuffed cabbage. So I decided next week,
I will be also cooking, stuffed boneless quail with a mousse of veal and green apple.
As soon it get cold my FAMOUS CASSOULET DE TOULOUSE.👨🏼🍳👩🏼🍳.

The black mussels from Salt Spring Islands are fantastic, a little wine, shallots and steamed: A Dream! !!
Our new menu will start Friday 18th at 5pm.
