💭 “I’ve been a client since 2018. WM♥️ is a way for me to get back on track and refocus but most important to help me on my health journey. As we get older our bodies change and we need to make necessary changes to our diet to help us feel better. This time around there was some changes I needed to make for health reasons. (Hormones, thyroid, cortisol, fatigue, tiredness, brain fog, nausea, difficulty loosing weight, appetite control, hair loss and the list goes on😭) I had already started making these changes but I needed a little more STRUCTURE and some ACCOUNTABILITY .
So I reached out to Fiorela I went over my ood restrictions with her and asked if we can make Wellness Mode work with these changes.
No dairy, no gluten, no processed foods, no sugar free products. All Whole Foods with minimal additives and processing. It was Plan B for the win! Fiorela helped me make substitutions with the items I was currently using and made some suggestions as well. You can always follow recipes on a piece of paper but what helps is the accountability and the support. I always say that WM♥️ will be a part of my life forever and for always. lol
This is the only thing that works for me. I’m so grateful for all these WM♥️ ladies . Always there to help us get our health in gear. Fiorela you have created an amazing program that is life changing to so many.

Well ladies, I’m done with round 2 and about to start round 3. I’m down a total of 64lbs since I started. I’m nowhere near my goal yet but I’m definitely closer, and that is all thanks to you ladies at wellness mode-truly! This time I’d like to share some great key points in life that has changed since dropping 64lbs. For a bigger gal as myself I now find it easier to do many things which may sound very random but just makes me feel better. ❤️‍🩹 I’ve dropped several pant sizes which makes it easier shopping for clothes. I flew on a plane recently where I didn’t have to ask for a seat extender because usually the seatbelt is too small. It was actually quite roomy and I could clip it no problem. I just realized the other day that since being on the program I don’t take stomach medicine all the time like before because of the food I’m now eating on the program keeps my stomach calm. In fact I haven’t taken it at all. Most of my family, friends, students all know I’m on the diet plan that really is a food game changer so they don’t offer me food not on my meal plans anymore, everyone supports me and even will get me “keto” items if there is a function to attend. ❤️

The things I really enjoy about wellness mode is the accountability, the friendships, the desserts you can order that are sugar free! The vitamin b shots, and the girls get excited for me when we keep hitting milestones and by milestones it could be me moving down two pounds and they are proud of me for discipline and for continuing to work the program. They encourage me endlessly and for that I am so grateful. 🥹

Anyone can do this. You just have to make your mind up that you want it. I work all the time and have a family and a crazy schedule but I am still able to do the program so I really believe anyone can. No excuses. Just put yourself first and get it 🩷
