36”x36” Acrylic,Enamel, maybe something else i forget ugh!, oh wait light weight joint compound for texture
Layered 40”x40” Acrylic,Enamel,
I’ve always prided myself in a clean organized studio. 😖🤣
Layers of metallic spray paint mixed in with other paints. This baby is being shipped across the country. In process of building shipping crate. I enjoy good woodworking but lots of work. Acrylic,Enamel,Metallic Spray Paint
Done a few months ago. Completely sketched out by hand with charcoals. Also the first, I believe, using mostly charcoals and pastels mixed with a smaller amount of acrylic paint. I tried to go all Jackson Po***ck on this but the damn pastels just wouldn’t stick when i threw them at the canvas. 5.5x6’ Charcoals, Pastels, Graphite, Acrylic,
One of my works on panel. Acrylic, Enamel
The backing is acrylic paint, grey tones and black. I actually woke up at like 230am with the thought in my head of doing the rest with just charcoals and colored pastels. 30 minutes later i was back in bed. Now yall know why i sleep so much 🤣 Acrylic, Enamel,Charcoals,Pastels
Orange is another color I love using. It stands out like red but I think it blends with other colors better. 48”x72” Acrylic, Enamel,
I swear I wasn't watching Stranger Things or some horror movie while painting this. Anyway I cant remember when this was done, few months ago. I really let the metallic silver flow on this though. I wish i could use that on everything. 4’x6’ Acrylic, Spray Paint, Enamel,
I absolutely love black backgrounds. One of my firsts. Also love working w different materials. Sand. Plenty of great white sand out here. Acrylic, Spray Paint, Enamel, Sand
Purposely out of my comfort zone with colors. Or color. Green was a color I forced myself to base a piece on. It's not "vibrant" like reds and oranges. Because of this one though I created several mixes of different shades and tones of greens.
40x40 acrylic paint only.
Out of all the paintings I’ve done only two that I’ve been unhappy with or at least wouldnt put them on my own walls. A few weeks ago I masked and repainted both. Letting the underneath work come through but creating new work. I absolutely love both. My artists friends out there, photographers, musicians, writers etc know its ok to rework something if you dont love what you create.
So two days in a row im posting my work. A record I think. Started this 4 months ago wanting to do something w clean lines masked and defined. My ADHD had other ideas. 5 weeks ago i stopped trying so hard and let my right brain do what it does best, make a mess 🤣 65”x65”
Acrylic, spray paint, enamel, charcoal, colored chalk, a ton of masking tape, naproxen for all my headaches, tequila,
One of my favorite paintings. Did this about a year ago. Its also one of a handful of works I dont think I could sell. Been asked about prints. Possibly. 50”x67”
Acrylic,Enamel,Charcoal.
Did this one last night. Still have a few touches but... Will sit on it for a while b4 saying "fin."
Still have 4 others done past 3 weeks. Will show soon. The kind of work where i pay homage to and and among many other shoulders i proudly step on. Acrylic, enamel, charcoal, soft pastels, random paint found wherever,
