Only 8 homes for sale in Lansbrook, but they have been on the market for more than what we were used to seeing in the past several months. There is a definite shift in the market.

I have been doing this for 18 years and know sometimes a seller's agent gets a little greedy BUT today I found out what real greed is...2% to me, the buyer's agent, and 3.5% to the listing agent...seriously??? 😠
