A good night’s sleep is crucial for a child’s growth and development. 💤 Here’s why sleep is so important and how you can help your child get the rest they need:

🛏️ Sleep Schedule: Establishing a consistent bedtime routine helps regulate their internal clock. Aim for the same bedtime and wake-up time every day, even on weekends.

🌟 Benefits of Good Sleep: Adequate sleep improves concentration, boosts mood, supports physical growth, and strengthens the immune system.

🛌 Creating a Sleep-Friendly Environment: Ensure their bedroom is cool, quiet, and dark. Use blackout curtains and consider a white noise machine if needed. A comfortable mattress and pillows also make a big difference.
