I’ve had so many people tell me they aren’t “good at yoga”, they are new, or just a little nervous they can’t keep up in a class. All normal things! (I swear I have been there too😉)
🚨There are so many styles of yoga, you get to choose, EVERY TIME YOU STEP ON THE MAT, what your practice will be that day. 🚨

💪🏼Set boundaries, honor them.
If you don’t do that for yourself, who will? ✅

We slow it down for the evening and relax our muscles, fascia, and minds. THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO START
