He is already Chopped Champion of Puglia and now he is gonna Compete in the Finale !!! Who is gonna be the Grand Champion? Truly authentic, Neapolitan pizza is not something that happens by accident.

It takes much effort (and even love) to get this light-as-air & crunchy crust just right.

Our dough (made from glyphosate-free imported Italian wheat) takes 3 days to proof & prepare. This process is why people tell us our pizza does not make them tired or bloated like most other American wheat and pizza does. ❤️😇 (FYI Most who are gluten intolerant...are actually suffering from American/glyphosate in wheat & so have little to no issues with ours.)

Once you have the dough, authentic Napoletana pizza must use a 900-degree oven in which to bake that beautiful crunchy crust.😍And still, if the cheese, tomatoes & olive oil are not the highest quality, the pizza will not be the same.

Our dedication to using only quality ingredients while also tirelessly adhering to this high maintenance process...not only makes our pizza a truly unique experience on our mountain...it's part of what makes us Italian. ❤️😘

I m the Italian Champion of Pizza Napoletana Classica
My name is Chef Antonello Zito and I was born and raised in for only 41 years. I m really sorry if my English is not perfect but I m still improving my Fake italian accent🤣🤣🤣. Let's say is speack a language in between dialect and maccheronic english🫣.
I a lot and I donate a lot every year to pets in need and to help as much as I can.
I m self-made, I started to cook at only 8 years old with my Grandma and my mom. I also worked in a pizzeria Called IL Ghiottone were Mimmo and Cesare helped me to develop my skills.
I love to cook and to serve my customers but most of all I love to male them laugh. I m a crazy Italian from the south😃.
I love being on TV and I did theater for more than ten years. The stage is my home.
I ve an incredible Idea for a New TV Show and I dream one Day to make it.
For now I own 2 beautiful Restaurants. One in Lake arrowhead and one in . 2 beautiful communities that support and love me a lot. I only try to bring the southern Italian Cusine and the Real Pizza Napoletana to everyone and every day my beautiful staff Family Friends make the magic Possible.
I have also an amazing family at home even if I lost My MoM Palmina 2 years ago and also my beautiful beloved Dog Stella 7 months ago. I just wonna thank all the people that in those years helped me to become the crazy character I m and all the people worked for me or lived with me this adventure. Soon is coming out more about me but in the main time I just wonna be the Crazy Dancer Chef that make you smile in any video. Because life is this just a smile , it is too short to be sad. So always believe in your dream and spread the smile to others. I love you all
