This Friday I'll be heading up to San Francisco for the AIDS/LifeCycle as a volunteer on the The AIDS/Lifecycle Massage Team 😍

ALC (as it's loving known) is week long, 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles from Sunday June 5th to Saturday June 11th. It's a fundraiser for the SF AIDS Foundation and the LA LGBT Center to provide free HIV/AIDS medical care, testing, and prevention services.

It began in 1993, and is sure to be a life-changing experience for me.
