WIFBD Spotlight: Melita Mehjabeen, PhD(UK)
Dr. Melita has contributed to various sectors of the country throughout her career. She started her career in the FMCG industry, moved to banking and then finally to academia. At present she is an Associate Professor and the coordinator of the DBA Program at IBA, University of Dhaka. A commonwealth scholar, she has completed her PhD in Accounting and Finance from University of Manchester, UK.
She is also servicing as Independent Director at the Board of two different publicly limited companies and involved with consultancy & different training programs. Dr. Melita has contributed to many diverse areas of the business world and set a standard for women in finance arena. We are proud to have her as our Senior Advisor.
