I did a presentation yesterday on compassion for self and others -- cultivating cultural compassion for Stanford medical doctors and their colleagues from throughout the Bay Area. I was asked back to do this presentation because one of the doctors had been in attendance at another of my presentations. At the end when we were doing a debrief with the medical team, one of the doctors asked me -- Has anyone ever called you a Shaman? ... and I thought ... 'nope' ... lol ... but I thought for a second - and thought hmmmm ... healer, prophet and custodian of cultural tradition -- Well I guess I am hahahaha ... Just had to say "I receive that." I'm truly grateful for every second that Spirit shows up as 'real' for me in my life and that I can authentically embody and share that.

It's been a busy time - just finished teaching my college classes, got my grades in - chilling for a few days and begin teaching summer school next week. Then start teaching on Saturdays for Girls to Women. I'm going to share this book with them and want to encourage you all to do the same. Be Yourself! 😃 ❤
