Feeling stuck in a challenging emotion like sadness, anger, or fear? Those emotions need motion! Physical motion is a great tool for processing tough feelings. Walking, dancing, or even jumping up and down trigger the release of endorphins and other feel-good chemicals in the brain, helping reduce stress and anxiety and improve our overall mood. In essence, motion acts as a bridge, helping us transforming complex emotions into manageable experiences.
