Grace joined The Press team last summer, and her work ethic and determination were evident right away. She never misses a beat - when she’s not cranking out perfect drinks on the front bar, she’s finding something to clean or organize around the shop. Her favorite part of the job is the time she gets to spend with her coworkers. She also enjoys creating and trying new drink recipes, preferably ones with lots of caffeine - which is why we call her the Caffeine Queen! 👑

Outside of work, Grace is a huge bookworm. On her days off, you’ll find her at home with her nose in a new book, probably cuddling with one of her six cats.

Grace’s drink of choice is her latest creation: The Reese’s Puff Cold Brew - mocha and macadamia nut cold brew with a splash of oat milk, topped with peanut butter cold foam and chocolate drizzle. Grace’s Choice tastes like a decadent dessert but has plenty of caffeine to keep you going throughout the day - the best of both worlds!

The Colombian roast is the newest addition to our Single Origin collection of coffee. Featuring brown sugar cinnamon sweetness and notes of watermelon and lime, the Colombian roast is a great way to start your day. Try some in a French Press next time you’re in the shop, or grab a bag to enjoy at home!

Madie’s work ethic and upbeat attitude are unmatched, and this is why it’s her second time earning the Employee of the Month title! She will also soon step into the role as cafe manager, and we know she will be successful!

While she’s at work, Madie’s favorite thing to do is practice her latte art. She also enjoys making the new sandwiches.

Outside of work, Madie spends her time taking care of her puppy, Arlo, and her beloved plants. She also enjoys hanging out with her coworkers and friends.

Madie’s drink of choice is a Cold Brew with Toasted Marshmallow and Macadamia Nut syrup, topped off with a splash of oat milk. It’s the perfect iced coffee drink, even in the winter!

Kaylee’s favorite part of her job is getting to know the customers, especially our regulars, and memorizing their orders. Outside of work, Kaylee loves fashion and art. You can find her shopping at all the local thrift stores and boutiques, or you might see her art at Psych Night at Mosey’s downtown.

One thing to know about Gavin: he’s the ultimate people person. His favorite part of the job is interacting with customers and making his coworkers laugh with his silly antics. Plus, he holds the prestigious title of our stickiest employee - he’s always covered in syrup!

Outside of work, Gavin unleashes his creativity through music. Whether he’s strumming his beloved guitar, Leviticus, or singing with his church’s worship band, his passion for music shines bright.

This month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on an exceptional team member who has gone above and beyond for our coffee shops. Let's give a warm round of applause to Claire for her well-deserved promotions! Claire has truly proven herself as an invaluable asset and will now be taking charge of her shifts as a café manager. But that's not all, folks! Brace yourselves as Claire steps into the online realm, assuming the role of our social media and marketing manager!

Some things that you should know about Claire: she absolutely loves animals. Her favorite thing to do at The Press is give pup cups to all of our four-legged customers - along with a photo op, of course. She's also one for invoking a good laugh from her coworkers and our coffee shop regulars.
