It is almost time for the Fair 5K! SWPT is excited to sponsor and organize the Fair 5K. Join the fun with a walk or run through the fairgrounds and GC while supporting the 4H Foundation. Proceeds of the race will go to the 4H Foundation to assist with finishes of the new show ring!

Wine & Yoga was new to Panorama Days this past wknd. We hold a series of yoga classes at Twin Vines over the summer months and decided we would try a Friday night vs. Sunday evening for our special wknd here in Panora. Traci led a very relaxed 45 min class outdoors at Twin Vines. We enjoyed a few laughs, wine and charcuterie cups from Tripple Berry Farm from Linden, IA. We had 17 clients show, many new faces which is always fun too!

Thank you for coming out! Our next final summer Wine & Yoga is Sept. 8th.

To our clients that have been attending GoldenFIT and being so loyal to attending class, you are the reason! We are truly thankful for the opportunity to lead GoldenFIT now 4 times a week!

Cass will continue Mondays as planned with Chair Yoga. Wednesday and Friday will continue with weights and bands. We will add Thursdays as a second opportunity to do Chair Yoga. This will be starting in September 🧘🏼‍♀️
