Start flossing your child's teeth when they have two teeth that touch. Early flossing prevents gum issues and teaches them good habits!

Create a “brushing playlist” with your child’s favorite songs that are about 2 minutes long.

School is back in session! We have some helpful tips that will carry your kiddos throughout this school year. Healthy dental habits is the gateway for overall great health.

FYI- Parents, these tips are for you too..

1. Start going to bed early: A good night sleep is great for your overall health, including your dental health. Lack of sleep can lead to daytime fatigue, loss of concentration and excess snacking as a stimulus.

2. Drink lots of water: Drinking water will keep you hydrated, but it will also help remove any bacteria and plaque from building up.

3. Avoid sugary drinks and treats: Eating or drinking lots of sugar can lead to cavities and tooth decay.

4. Re-establish your dental routine: Brushing 2 times a day and flossing at least 1 time a day. Jam out to your favorite song!

5. Schedule your dental visits: Most districts have went to 4 day/school weeks. We will be open 2 Fridays out of every month starting in September.
