Please visit us in Clarksville at Prestonrose Towne Bistro & Mercantile! We are 8th year certified organic farmers growing several varieties of heirloom fruit and veggies, with a focus on forgotten southern favorites. We also have an on-farm craft brewery & restaurant, where we use local and regional ingredients (as well as many we grow here on the farm) to create unique, tasty farm fresh food & brews.

We were so proud to serve such lovely guests and are even prouder to share the kind words of The Mighty Rib about our sweet Towne Bistro!

First and foremost, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!

Second, we drove out to Clarksville last night to dine at the new Prestonrose Towne Bistro. This place is the real deal. Gorgeous setting in the heart of town. And you’d be hard pressed to find a more creative, well executed menu in Arkansas. I mean it. Totally blew me away. 100% worth the 1.5-hour drive from Little Rock. Don’t believe me? Here’s a little taste of what they are doing:

Butter Flight…
House made compound butter with their own sourdough bagels.

This month’s butter flavors:
Tempero (Brazilian spice blend), Margarita, Candied Jalapeño, Chipotle Garlic Crunch

And the bagels pic’d:

And yes, they make their own bagels.

Our Story

Welcome to Prestonrose!
We are 5th year certified organic farmers growing several varieties of heirloom fruit and veggies, with a focus on forgotten southern favorites. We also have an on-farm craft brewery, and a tiny bistro where we use local and regional ingredients (as well as many we grow here on the farm) to create unique, tasty farm fresh brews and delicious food. Currently we serve ready made snacks on Thursdays and Fridays, and open the kitchen and offer a larger selection of freshly prepared food on Saturdays and Sundays. Please check our events pages, and our posts for any specials, changes in hours or holiday plans! And always feel free to call ahead to ask what we’re serving before you head out!!

Please note that we are a working farm! Your children are welcome to join you as long as they stay safely by your side! As for your furry friends, we have a “no pets” policy here at Prestonrose out of respect for our own very protective, territorial farm dogs! We do enforce this policy, and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who chooses to break it.’

We operate Prestonrose here on our homestead, and are happy to welcome you here during our normal posted hours of business. We occasionally hold special tours, educational events and special culinary activity, and those open to the public will always be posted on our events page, so stay tuned!
