Summer has always been a time of liminal space for me. In the cycles of my life, I’ve noticed that I’m typically going through some kind of transformation in the summer. It makes sense that in the season of fire, purification, and heat, I would be shedding my skin like the serpent. What cycles have you noticed in your life? Is summer typically a time of rest, busyness, or transformation for you? Looking at these cycles can be very beneficial so that we are more in tune with ourselves and the flow that comes naturally to us 🌻

Here is a BIG shout out for these bad ass Reiki Level I practitioners!!! We had a truly magical class over the solstice weekend. The energy of the sun, sunflowers, and expansion played a huge part in the process. I am so grateful for such a magical and gifted group of women. I’ve been wanting to make a flower mandala to honor this seasonal transition, but haven’t felt the full blast of spring energy until today. This grid is meant to invoke the energies of vibrance and new growth. Fittingly enough for spring, flowers feature most prominently here. The only crystals are involved are green opal, amethyst, and amazonite. Breathe deeply and open your heart to the uplifting, airy energies of spring. 🌸🌬️
