These hatcheries are funded by purchases of fishing and hunting licenses and also many boat fees go towards funding these hatcheries These are neat places to bring your family. They are 100% free. Just check the hatchery hours before you go.

I dehydrated ramps to make ramp salt. This will be similar to garlic salt.

Dug some ramps today and decided to make some ramp dip. I was not disappointed.
