Folks don't miss listening to the Speaker at this years Banquet! The Friday night Banquet will feature Dr. Rick Funston along with a delicious meal featuring beef. Dr. Funston is a professor and Reproductive Physiologist at the University of Nebraska. His research focuses on lighter-weight heifer development, and fetal programming effects on calf performance including carcass characteristics and reproduction. He provides statewide expertise in reproduction management programs for Nebraska Extension. Anyone attending the banquet who is 25 or younger will be eligible to enter a drawing for $500 (sponsored by WV Red Angus Association, WV Simmental Association, WV Cattlemen’s Association, WV Charolais Association, Cedar Hill Farm, Dr. Paul Lewis, and Amy Summers). Banquet tickets are $30 for ages 12 and over; $15 for youth ages 4-11. Tickets can be purchased by contacting Rod Summers at 304-842-7958. Please make banquet reservations by March 28, 2024.
