With just a tap on the fixture you can have chilled, filtered sparkling water at your fingertips.

In this San Marino remodel, our empty-nester clients asked for an soft-modern, light-filled space.

We transformed their dark and cramped kitchen by:

✔️ Demolishing a full-height wall between the kitchen and dining area, as well as an intrusive peninsula;

✔️ Removing a dated dropped soffit and small kitchen window;

✔️ Designing a 10-foot wide island with an energy-efficient Thermador induction cooktop and steam oven for healthy cooking;

✔️ Specifying a new Subzero refrigerator with an advanced food preservation system to keep organic produce fresh longer;

✔️ Improving the home's HVAC system for better indoor air quality and comfort;

✔️ Selecting quality plumbing fixtures from California Faucets & Body Glove for on-demand filtered water and an eye-catching larger ribbed farmhouse sink;

✔️ Designing custom, white-oak cabinets with a ribbed panel detail to add tactile interest and texture;

✔️ Increasing the amount of ambient and task light for improved functionality;

✔️ Installing space-saving interior cabinetry accessories for better organization.

Hello Spring Fling! 💮 Who doesn't love a happy WFH workspace?! In this project we converted a 1908 Pasadena carriage house into a vibrant home office with Thibaut's eye-catching Dynasty collection wallcovering serving as the inspiration piece that set the tone for this mood-boosting work space. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​And with the help of our trade partner California Closets we were able to improve the functionality of the interior by installing lots of custom cabinetry for hidden storage of work and craft supplies. Hidden storage is key to reducing visual clutter which helps reduce stress, improve productivity and elevate your energy.

Additionally, improved lighting, plants, vibrant decorative accessories contributed to room's joyful aesthetic.
Our client now has a fun environment in which to work, craft, and relax from the day -to-day demands of managing a law practice.
