David Zakharian is the co-founder of Pyramid Legal, APC, located in the heart of Pasadena, California. Before becoming a lawyer, David worked as a surgical technologist at Cedar Sinai Hospital. His experience in the medical field gives him unique and valuable insight into personal injury cases. After all, the purpose of our work is to help clients heal and move forward.

Before starting Pyramid Legal, David worked as an attorney at several world-renowned civil litigation law firms, where he served as counsel on one of the largest federal criminal cases for conspiracy to commit tax and mail fraud. He handled complex matters in personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice, securing multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients.

David’s extensive legal career and strong educational background have shaped the attorney he is today: diligent and determined even in the face of adversity. He’s earned his reputation as an aggressive lawyer who takes on challenging cases with enthusiasm and integrity.

David graduated from Southwestern Law School with a J.D. and honors in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. He received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Pre-Trial Practice. David also served as President of the Tort Litigation Society and Special Projects Editor of the Southwestern Law Review.

David completed his undergraduate studies at California State University at Los Angeles, graduating magna cm laude and earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society. He served as Vice President of the Pre-Law Society and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Soussan G. Bruguera of the L.A. County Superior Court.

Eduard Mkhitaryan is the co-founder of Pyramid Legal, APC, serving Southern California from the heart of Pasadena. Eduard spent his early career passionately representing clients in civil and criminal matters before opening his own law firm with David. The two met on their first day of law school, where Eduard served as a Lead Article Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law and the Vice President of the Tort Litigation Society.
Before starting his own firm, Eduard clerked and worked at several law firms where he developed the knowledge and skills to passionately represent his clients. His caseload included complex medical malpractice cases, criminal defense representation, and cannabis regulatory matters. He also served on the Cannabis & CBD team at Adli Law Group.

Eduard’s background in medical malpractice cases has given him a deeper understanding of the realities of medical insurance and the medical industry. This allows him to better represent clients with injuries and help them navigate the medical system.

The combination of Eduard’s academic and professional achievements shows his passion for litigation – he went to law school to fight for clients in court. Eduard is a self-starter committed to zealously representing his clients and pursuing excellence in his own practice.

Eduard received his undergraduate degree from the California State University Northridge in Information Systems with a minor in Finance. His academic dedication put him on the Dean’s List repeatedly, even while he operated a successful ATM business. In his free time, Eduard loves spending time with his wife, working out, and watching sports.
