For the first time in history, and after a very successful 3.5 years in business, I'm here to share a significant chapter in our journey of The Evolve Shop. Our virtual doors will be temporarily closed until further notice. Rest assured; this is not a tale of defeat, but a testament to the power of change.

The Evolve Shop was born out of sheer resilience in the face of a global pandemic and my little e-commerce shop became a beacon of hope amidst the darkness. An unwavering commitment to survival in my career. Instead of feeling defeated by circumstance, I chose to rise like a Phoenix from the ashes of uncertainty. I did my morning and evening routine on stories everyday and when the orders started coming in, I infused extra love into each package of the carefully crafted selection of products that were finding homes in the hearts of kindred spirits near and far.

But as the stars realign and the winds of change are blowing strong, a revolution is in progress. I’ve realized that it's time for me to step back, to reevaluate, and to reimagine the possibilities that lie ahead.

This isn't a goodbye; it's a moment of profound reflection and growth. It’s a time for me to wipe the slate clean, rebuild and embrace my purpose more fiercely. I envision a future where The Evolve Shop will become an even safer and even more special place for all in need. Filled with ethical brands that truly align with my deepest values.

As we navigate this transformation, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported me along this heart centered journey. Your unwavering love and encouragement have fueled the flames of my wildest dreams, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

The Dermaplane Glow Treatment! ✨

This is a 45 minute facial designed to specifically target dead skin, dullness and peach fuzz baby! It’s a no-downtime treatment and begins with a steamy double cleanse, heated aromatherapy towels, a customized enzyme treatment and is followed by dermaplaning which can be described as a “deep shave” to remove peach fuzz/dead skin and reveal glowing, baby soft skin. ▫️ 6 weeks unpaid training on services and retail selection(20 hours per week)
▫️ Provide 90 Minute Facial services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
▫️ Maintain an agreed upon retail sales to service ratio with exceptional clinical and natural product lines provided
▫️Attend pre/post shift meetings, quarterly travel to other major metropolitan cities for pop-up events
▫️Participate fully in maintaining backbar orders
▫️ Complete all necessary record-keeping tasks as they pertain to the operation of Evolve
▫️ Participate in all advanced training
▫️ Assist in providing information to any inquiries, help to coordinate all client requests for services
▫️ Maintain impeccable care for yourself
▫️ Maintain impeccable cleanliness of Evolve
▫️Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is immaculate at all times (tables draped, counters and products clean).

Visualize — Develop “tunnel vision” and focus relentlessly on whatever your goals may be! Failure is inevitable, but it’s a speed-bump, not a road block!⁣⁣

Have compassion — you will meet people who need you. It can be consuming to reply to every message, give free consults or spend your days off creating skincare regimens for relatives/friends but I cannot tell you how rewarding it is in the long run. Try not to become too transactional. Don’t let others take advantage, but be compassionate when you can. It’s always worth it. ⁣⁣

Be ethical — this is the line that divides the good from the great. Don’t do anything that doesn’t fall under your scope of practice and don’t let anyone you work for(including your clients!) ever pressure you into it either. It’s not and will never be worth it. Stay in your lane!⁣⁣
