I know I know- it’s not Christmas anymore, but I REALLY wanted to share these adorable “Christmas on the beach in Mexico” cookies with you. I had so much fun making these.

Delivered these to a Returned Peace Corps Volunteers dinner. So happy to be able to add something sweet to the celebration.

A great big thank you to everyone who stopped to chat, gave me a follow and bought a cookie (or 6) at the Willard Elementary Fall festival! Community is the back bone of public education and it was great to see so many people out and enjoying the activities, and taking the opportunity to create connections.
