I'm not gonna lie - my favorite part of the super bowl is the halftime show!
For this year's show, I've put together a fun, heart-healthy, cardio compilation of potential hits Rihanna will be belting out!
So, here is my challenge to you - when she sings any of the following, complete the exercise for each song. Keep it going until the next hit and then move on to the next exercise. This is going to give you a 13-minute workout just when you need it!!
If there are any surprises and I've missed any out - feel free to substitute with your own exercise or one of the others on the list.
"Diamonds" - Close grip push-ups
"The Monster" - Jumping jacks
"Don't Stop the Music" - Dance like no one is watching
"Pon de Replay" - High knee jog or march
"Disturbia" - Butt kicks
"Love on the brain" - Shoulder punches
"Cheers (Drink to That)" - Take a water break
"Umbrella" - Slow sumo squats
"Work" - Crunches
"Love the way you lie" - Shoulder bridges
"Lift me" - Squats or sit to stand
"We found love" - Skater jumps
"Run This Town" - Jog in place
