Must be able to work weekends.
Schedule will consist of working six days a week 8.5 hour shift with a two hour lunch break. Schedule is from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 2 hour lunch break from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Resume back to work from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
Maintaining all dishes clean, sanitized and ready for use.

This job consist of seating and greeting customers as they come inside the restaurant. Other duties consist of taking phone orders, online orders, and charging customers. Assisting chef in prepping, and cleaning the kitchen. Associate must have a flexible schedule. Preferably, we are looking for an individual who is willing to work extra hours, and able to cover at our other location.

Pay: $13.00 per hour

We are seeking to hire 1 restaurant manager to be in charge of fully operating all three locations. As a Restaurant Manager, he/she will be responsible for hiring staff such as servers, cooks and dishwashers, creating standards of job performance for these new hires, monitor the quality of food, service and presentation in the restaurant, coach employees so as to enhance guests’ experiences at the restaurant. At the busiest times, they should take on any task in the restaurant with ease, whether cooking, serving or cleaning. They should handle high-stress situations calmly and with good judgment to please customers and keep staff focused on their daily goals. They may need to handle food supply orders, scheduling of staff, A common goal for Restaurant Managers isn’t just to keep restaurants running smoothly, but also to increase profitability and sales growth. Other skills and qualifications preferred are the following:

High school diploma or GED
Previous restaurant experience
Prior work as a manager or supervisor
Success with customer service
Training in food safety
Experience with long shifts
Financial literacy
Ability to keep inventory organized
Understanding of local regulations
Availability to work a flexible schedule (e.g., days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Some marketing background or experience
Ability to operate POS (point of sale) systems, back-of-house systems and restaurant operating systems
