Recipe:
🌱 1/2 c sour cream
🌱 8 oz softened cream cheese
🌱 10 oz frozen spinach
🌱 1 c grated parmesan cheese
🌱 1 c shredded pepper jack cheese
🌱 1 tbsp onion powder
🌱 salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl mix well, then add to a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until hot and the cheese has melted. Optional, top with extra cheese! Serve hot with sliced Urbane focaccia bread and veggies.
