Summer Bliss! The 4th of July gala put on by was hands down one of the best parties I have ever attended. The venue was opulent with an iconic ocean view. The weather was perfect. The indoor/outdoor setup was fabulous. People were friendly and surprised us with an epic impromptu performance 👏 This event epitomizes what summer should look like 💥 Special thanks to my pal for coordinating our table and helping create synergy throughout the event! This was a big step for me to begin socializing more and make an effort to meet new people and hopefully engender lasting relationships 💕 Hoping all of you embrace the summer months with vigor.

One of those rare moments for me when i capture an organic picture that actually portrays how I feel and look. The lighting always interferes with a good picture. This pic of me last weekend is unfiltered, all natural. As a man, I have prided myself on taking care of my skin with a daily skin care routine after exfoliating. About half the time, I do a night moisture routine as well since I have learned that your skin re hydrates the most when we sleep. I also give TLC to my hair and am proud of that. My go to for over 15 years is . Revitalizes my hair naturally and my hair remains thick and full of vitality. Last, I am taking a moment to be proud of my exercise routine that also enhances my skin and hair. I have been dialed into a 5.5-6 mile a day average over the last year combined daily walk/jog. Have been doing core training with for years now but sadly slacked off after Gianna was born. But, I will be back soon! We all need to take a moment during this often frantic life we live to simply tell ourselves, I am ok and I am doing well in . I can be hard on myself at times. I am trying to slow down and self validate that I am honoring my promise to God to take care of myself 🩵.

This is one of the most priceless recent pictures of my precious daughter on Main Street in Park City, UT. Her smile is authentic and filled with joy. Allow me to share what brought us to Park City. In early 2018, Alana and I were on our way to see perform at the Forum in LA when traffic stopped moving. We sat on the 110 Freeway for nearly 90 minutes (fatality accident). Alana was tearful as we made the hardest decision to abort the concert.
I recall pulling out my I phone googling where Ariana was performing in the coming months. I saw Salt Lake City, in early July. I reassured Alana we would go stay in Park City and drive to the venue in SLC. We had never been to Park City. We found the cutest hotel and just had a blast! We drove to the concert on Saturday night. One of the fondest memories ever with Alana. We waited in line for 30 minutes to get our matching pink Ariana Grande sweatshirts. Alana smiled ear to ear for over 2 hours. On Sunday, we both looked at each other and said, “maybe one day, we could get a cute place in Park City.” Do you ever go somewhere and your body and mind immediately calm?
Fast forward to last fall and thru God’s grace, we bought a lovely mountain retreat home in Park City. The moral to the story for me is that God is truly amazing with how he authors the painting of our lives. All these events and circumstances that we face daily have purpose and meaning. But for a gloomy evening in early 2018 and a fatal car accident closing a major freeway, Alana and I never make it to Park City, UT to see Ariana Grande perform and we never end up with a gorgeous mountain retreat in Park City! Thank you and . 🩵

Jesus truly reigns on Good Friday! He is alive in our lives. He helped bring criminal justice today to the parents of . Both pleading guilty to torture and murder of this precious boy. Prosecutor is a blessing from God, conducting a flawless grand jury proceeding and now securing guilty pleas.
Flashback to the second week in July, 2019. My daughter and I were in Park City, UT. I learned of Noah’s death. I connected with great grandma Eva Hernandez. She and I embarked on what is now nearly a 4 year journey for civil justice. I saw all the pictures of Noah’s bruised and battered deceased body. I told Noah in heaven when i saw those pictures that I would never let him and his siblings down. You see, LA County Dept of Children & Family Services let Noah down which directly led to his torture and murder.
We have been embroiled in years of contentious litigation with the county to bring about social change. We filed a $100 million lawsuit on behalf of Eva and Noah’s siblings. We obtained a court order to question under oath at deposition the former director of DCFS. Jesus sacrificed his life for our sins, and Noah lost his young life to create awareness, get the truth and make social change to ensure no other children die at the hands of DCFS 🙏.

Being a single father over the years to my precious daughter , I have learned how important tradition is to a child and how invaluable sharing in simple pleasures builds lifelong memories 🩷. We have loved shopping together since she was a little girl. Thankful to have had a weekend outing with Alana!

Appeared on with Tammy Noble (mother of Kayla Hamilton) to discuss how Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) catastrophic failures led to the brutal r**e and murder of 20-year-old Kayla in Aberdeen, Maryland. Yes, this can happen anywhere in our country to anyone. A known documented MS-13 gang member (16 years old) was permitted by DHS to illegally cross the border in southern Texas. DHHS then recklessly allows the killer to stay with an "unverified" sponsor who was not a family member. Within a month, he runs away and ends up renting a room in a trailer home with Kayla and her boyfriend. Turns out, the owner of the trailer home was also an illegal immigrant. After the murder was carried out, the killer was shockingly placed by DHHS into a group foster home. A grace from God that another young woman was not murdered.
Kayla was a human being. I took this case because I am a single parent of a teen daughter. I realized this could have been my own child murdered. I realize this will be a lonely journey but trust that God is using me as a vessel to raise awareness and make change. Kayla dealt with her autism with exuberance. She always smiled. Kayla wore a LOVE sweatshirt 3 days before her murder. She just wanted to live simple life. I wonder what Kayla must have been thinking when she was gasping for air as the illegal immigrant killer wrapped a phone cord around her neck. Imagine the horror and grief Kayla felt knowing her last breath was moments away. All because our leadership is playing Russian roulette with our lives at the border. DHS is the gatekeeper of our border. They failed Kayla. Pray for us on this daunting mission and keep Kayla's soul alive by demanding change. Rest in peace Kayla 🩷.

One of the most important cases I will work on. I represent the mother of a precious 20 year old autistic young woman (Kayla Hamilton) in a $100million wrongful death lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services. In July, 2022, Kayla was brutally r**ed and murdered by a 16 year old illegal immigrant from El Salvador. The killer was permitted to cross the border because DHS failed to perform the most rudimentary tasks.
The killer had an MS-13 gang related tattoo. DHS protocol calls for agents to look for these tattoos. The killer had been arrested in El Salvador in 2020 for being associated with an illicit gang. All DHS had to do was make one phone call to verify this and Kayla would be alive.
Then, DHHS improperly placed the killer with a non verified sponsor who was not a family member. Killer runs away a month later then is permitted to rent a room with Kayla by a landlord who was also an illegal immigrant. We bring this landmark lawsuit in honor of Kayla to get answers on how this catastrophic failure occurred and help prevent another senseless murder.

Santa Monica to pay $122.5 million to settle child s*x abuse claims against former city employee Santa Monica will pay $122.5 million to 124 people who alleged they suffered s*xual abuse as children at the hands of a former city employee who killed himself after he was charged with various mo**station counts.

for our adult victim clients of child s*xual abuse 👊 We must do better to protect our kids! Read full article in bio.

Over the last 3 years, we advocated for 82 adult victims of child s*xual abuse while attending the Santa Monica Police Activities league. The Santa Monica City Council approved last night payment of $122,500,000 to 124 victims. We represented 36 victims in this group. Overall, the City paid approximately $230,000,000 to 229 victims. We helped 82 of these victims. Shockingly, a city of Santa Monica IT worker (Eric Uller) pretended to be a police officer by dressing like a cop and driving an undercover police car, wearing a badge and walking with a K9 police dog.
Uller would take the kids for food and then mo**st the last child dropped off in an alley. He would tell the kids they need a physical and then take them to his dad’s medical office and so****ze them. He r**ed a handful of kids in the bathroom of PAL and on baseball trips. We are hopeful this landmark settlement will bring about necessary change to better protect our children. We also are advocating for a new law making it a crime (child endangerment) when an official at a school, university or after school program knew or should of know of s*xual abuse and did nothing to prevent it. *xualabuseprevention
