ALDO CLERICO Barolo, Italy ‘16. This garnet-colored, natural and biodynamic barolo is a work of art with an elegant structure and a long luxurious finish. An incredible evening with Master Sommelier Josh Orr

We are proud to have a Master Sommelier in attendance for our final wine dinner of the year.

Joshua Orr comes to us all the way from San Diego and is one of the newest MS in the court. He is very approachable and as one would expect, an endless bounty of info.

We will be spotlighting a few of the wines from the importer he represents, that importer is also one of the very best in the country and one of our favorites.

Broadbent Selections boast one of the very best import books from South Africa along with selections from Portugal, Austria, France, Italy and more.

Their producers are family owned, small production stewards of their land farming sustainably, organic, and biodynamic when they can.

Our Hawaiian waffle topped with bourbon roasted pineapple, candied macadamia nuts and coconut whip cream is a tropical vacation for your taste buds! Yum!!!!
