I am starting a Private FB page for those who may be interested in Virtual Classes and/or Personal Training. I see the need for those who want to do fitness training, but can not find others to share a group session with, as well as share the cost. The new group will be a platform to be able to see sessions offered. You can vote in the poll for those sessions you are able to attend each week. You can workout from your personal home gym! Very little equipment needed. I can help you with set up...
Even though its summertime! And we all get busy...we still need to keep moving and stay strong!! I currently am offering Private and Virtual Personal Training, both one-on-one and small group and Tap dance classes. Other upcoming classes in mind, are Dance Fusion which is a low impact Cardio Dance class and Mindful Movement.
Come when you can and pay as you go! Can't get much better than that!!
