It’s that time of year again. Proud of the family I come from every day. But today is the day I tell you about some of them. Happy Veterans Day to All that I’m lucky enough to know, and have served!
They say those who can’t do, teach.

Anyone who has seen it in person knows I am Not a good golfer. But that doesn’t mean I can’t help you be one. Want to work on your club head speed, injury prevention, sport specific strength or mobility, posture, let me help! Excited to see how I can help change the golf community!
Yes, I train more people than just myself!

Since taking on the role as a strength and conditioning coach for these young athletes, I’ve seen some Really impressive things in that gym! Being able to coach them, and show them not just the right way to lift, but how good they can be, makes my day every time. This has been one Hell of an off-season. Big things coming this baseball season from the boys at and all the guys training at

Oh yeah, these guys are freshmen in high school…bring on more parents who wrongly say that lifting weights will stunt their growth. Ha!
So easy, and absolutely free, you could make someone’s day, or change someone’s life, just by not being a jerk to someone.
Got to be a part of one of the boys high school projects. Very cool to help these guys any way that I can. They all inspire me to keep working, and to help them be as great as they possibly can. It’s fun to love what you do.
Bought myself the gift of a for Christmas

Been incorporating some work with this piece of equipment little by little in to my programming. There’s many benefits to training with a landmine. It’ll help compensate for range of motion issues, help with stability on unilateral work, include core engagement in to exercises, and help vary your programming to help with big lifts.
#
So easy to set up and use, and easy to find on Amazon. What’s your favorite landmine exercise? I’d love to try it!
They say the holidays are about being around family and those you love. I’m so grateful and lucky to have that in spades!!!

Merry Christmas all!
Weight vests are often overlooked, but for those out there like myself, working out mostly at home, there’s few better pieces of equipment. I got my start by doing mostly body weight movements. A lot of park workouts, a lot of push-ups and other bodyweight movements to build some strength. Still using it all these years later.

Most weight vests are adjustable, which means you can keep making yourself lift more as you progress. Mine goes from 0-40, and the more weight you put in, the better it feels. Anyone out there been putting in work for a while with a vest?

Time to get back to posting on here. Been focusing a lot on my Instagram. Along with going all in on my private business, I was lucky enough to land a gig coaching strength and conditioning for young athletes. Took advantage of a non weights day for the guys and got some of my own work. Ramped up to 300lb farmers walks for 3 laps. Love training these guys, and doing my best to make sure they know, if they listen to me. They can get strong, and stay healthy doing some. Stay consistent, focus on form and progressive overload, and stay strong!
It’s that time of year again. Happy Birthday Marines! I stand forever proud to hold myself among your ranks! Stand tall, stand proud, today and everyday!
A Very successful day 3 of hiking. Mulch shorter and easier today. Ended at Avalanche Lake. This is what I’ve been waiting for. The beautiful refreshing water of a glacier run off. Cannot beat these views. This place is inspiring
Glacier National Park day 2! Todays hike was 7 hours and roughly 14 miles. Emphasis on the rough part. Amazing trail along the side of a mountain with not much room to walk. The deer and the mountain goat didn’t seem to want to leave the trail. After 7 miles there’s about a mile hike (the steepest part of the whole thing) to see a glacier and the beautiful water around it. Ended things off with about 4.5 miles through a narrow bush trail. 2 days down, no bears yet! This place is insane.
Some highlights from day 1’s 9ish mile hike . Amazing views (that pictures will never do justice), the only wildlife we saw (a golden crested ground squirrel), and more amazing views. Great start, with a great tour guide. This place is Awesome!
Just what I needed to end this week off. Great group of guys that are dedicated to living life the right way, and helping others do the same. Thanks fellas for the inspiration.
