Spice up your summer with our exciting 4-week Latin Dance Summer Session! Perfect your salsa moves, master bachata partnerwork, and groove to the beat with choreography that’ll make you shine. Whether you’re new to dance or a seasoned pro, this series has something for everyone!

We are so excited to introduce these new classes!! 🥳🎉 Whether you are just starting to stretch or you have spent months, maybe even years working on flexibility and seeing little to no results, we have created the perfect line up for you ✨

David Vendetti has over 20 years of experience in helping people create change within their bodies. His unique approach to using stretches and muscle releasing techniques to create change is the PERFECT addition to the work we do here at IYS!

What is SMR? Self Myofascial Release is a self-massage technique that uses tools to release muscle tension and improve flexibility. Foam rolling is a commonly known example of SMR. Tools used for SMR class will be provided by the studio.

Pop Up Wednesdays are back! Kicking us off we have giving us our first ever JAZZ FUNK class! Pop Up Wednesdays has allowed us to experience so many new styles of dance and music while learning from many brilliant minds! Join us on a Wednesday and try something new ! 🔥

IYS Lap Dance Experience Is Back!
Once again we have planned the ultimate Valentine’s celebration for you and your special someone! Just like previous years events, you can expect a romantic atmosphere, games fitted to the nights events, and an informative, authentic, engaging lap dance class for your and your partner!

What we have changed this year is we have added a massage lesson for you and your partner. The lesson will be given by a LMT (licensed massage therapist) and each partner will get a turn learning techniques for neck, shoulder, arm AND hand massage!

As always, both Receivers and Givers are given optional cues to engage with each other more intimately throughout the entirety of the event. Cash bar available. Ticket price includes both you and your partner. LINK IN BIO for tickets!
