One of my contractors was completing a condo renovation in Hilton Head for his father in law. He asked? Can you do it for me! Of course! I changed the layout added a wall, removed a portion of another, changed the laundry area, and now they have a functioning kitchen. Unfortunately we had to add a pillar, but he made it work. Island is Asheville reflection from Wellborn Forest Southern Collection. Kitchen a shade of white.

Finally getting more pictures! Home in Poughquag. Completed in 2022. We removed a wall to the dining room, painted the window trim black, added this big island. What happened to the trim? The contractor forgot the bump up piece, other than that its amazing. Even 2 years later! GE Monogram appliances with matching k***s and handles...details!!!

Who would have thought taking this disaster of a home would end up being be so beautiful. A little imagination, great contractors, and a good clean up crew. In the design process I had some doors and windows removed, and closed up a closet to create this working kitchen. Current listed for sale. 768 Winterton Ave, Middletown, New York.

Bathroom, Complete gut, everything was moved but the sink location. Amazing space!

New construction ready to move in. Cabinets to the ceiling with just a small top molding.

Making the most of a small space, keeping the soffits. Added a cut through from the living room made the kitchen look even bigger.

Wedding time for this couples son, so we spruced up the living areas. Kitchen was completed last year. Guest bath, powder, new exterior doors, painted shutters, interior doors, flooring in front foyer and hall, and the laundry room.

Finally getting some pictures from customers to show you some different examples of work completed in the last year. This is an AIR BNB in Hurley, very contemporary. Counters and backsplash are Corian!

Kitchen in Milton. On my various meeting with the customer she was concerned with..."Will I have enough cabinets space?" I assured her she would as we were taking out the soffit and giving her added storage, moved out a portable island, and gave her the open feeling. I went to visit her this week, and she showed me her empty cabinets.

We opened up the walls between the dining and living rooms, matched the floors and added a sitting area in this 1950's bi-level. She saw this arched idea on pinterest, and we matched it.
