Crawfish season is coming to an end really soon, as farms have started to shut down since 2 weeks ago.
At Boiling Dragon we still have live crawfish and when the season is over that’s it until next season!!!
We will NEVER EVER USE FROZEN CRAWFISH FOR OUR BOILS PERIOD!!!!!
None of that frozen and live mixing at the beginning and end of season….. no frozen during the off season!
As long as we can get live crawfish from Louisiana, that’s what we going to serve!!!

Hello hello, look what we still have at Boiling Dragon!!! Live crawfish!!! Most of these are jumbo but they are a bit mix with large and medium. We still have our buy 5lbs get 1lb FREE!!! Must be same flavor and spice level. It’s a special we are doing and we move a lot of the 5lbs deals so have to make it easier. Also heads up, there is a nationwide shortage on lump crab meat. Might be worldwide. Not enough workers going back to pick the meat. Go ahead and Google it. Same problem for all of us. So on our very popular Dragon Seafood fried rice we will be doubling the shrimp. Sorry there’s nothing I can do about the shortage on lump crab.
