Smoked Whole turkey, with glaze of your choice……$75
Smoked Turkey breast, with glaze of your choice….approx 5lbs…$50
Smoked spiral sliced ham, with glaze of your choice…approx 6lb..$60
Smoked brisket….precooked, approx 12-14lbs…$110
We are now taking orders for briskets ($110) and pork ribs ($35) for Easter. These will be available for pick up on Saturday evening March 30.

We will be cooking briskets on Dec 14. They will be available for pick up that evening. The cost will be $60 over price of brisket. Message me for more detail or give me a call. We already have several orders. Get yours in before the pit is full!!! We will also be doing another round a day or two before Christmas!

We are taking orders for whole briskets and spare ribs for this coming Labor Day weekend. Briskets are $40 over cost. Ribs are $20 over cost. Plan to be ready for pick up on Saturday afternoon. Message me for orders or more details.
