Bill's Magic Moai Bar is named after the owner as well as the curious Easter Island Moai statues scattered throughout the area. Some say that Bill bribed a Chilean official to transport two of the statues from the remote island to Houston. There are many other statues of various sizes plus a sizeable license plate collection. Several movies have been filmed at this location including "Hidden in the Woods" with Michael Biehn and William Forsythe.

Our Story
Bill's Magic Moai Bar is named after the owner as well as the curious Easter Island Moai statues scattered throughout the area. Some officials claim that Bill bribed a Chilean official to transport two of the statues from the remote island to Houston. Whether that’s true is subject to debate and scientists have been unable to come to any geological conclusion. There are many other statues of various sizes in the bar area plus a sizable license plate collection. The famous drink, the Billini, was invented at this bar. Several movies have been filmed at this location including "Hidden in the Woods" with Michael Biehn and William Forsythe. There have been dozens of modeling shoots and music videos as well.
