Something to Think about
Having KCS as part of your GIS team can be another way to free up employees to do their job. As an example, KCS helps our County Revenue Clients with disseminating their GIS data when a request comes into the Revenue department.
We make it as easy for the County as possible. The County simply has the customer requesting the data to contact us directly and thereby allowing us to ask the pertinent questions regarding the type, format, area, etc. of the data they are requesting. Having KCS handle these data requests allows our revenue clients, particularly the mappers, to continue on with their day to day editing and mapping operations.
Disseminating GIS data to third party vendors allows Revenue Departments to generate additional revenue if they choose to charge. Whether you chose to charge or not, KCS takes the weight off your personnel. We can assist with GIS data exchanges for any of our clients in any industry.

We have installed a Collector app in several Counties to help aide in the appraisal process. If you or you know of anyone that would like to see it let me know.
KCS not only helps Revenue Departments with appraisals and mapping, we also have a solution for Board of Registrars. It is called VAM ( Visual Address Management ) If you know a Registrar please share this with them.
