From Rocco’s Hart
Your pet’s portrait will be digitally hand drawn from scratch.
I finished Frannie, who was in progress last time I posted.
I also completed Rusty, who sadly passed away recently. I hope this memorial painting will make his family smile.
A few of the paintings that are keeping me busy in March!
Finn Diesel, Stella, and Frannie is in progress!
I was very happy to paint Jagger and Maggie this week for a friend! It was an honor to capture the bond between them in a portrait. I hope the whole family loves it!
I’ve been working on a different project in between some animal paintings. A close friend of ours wanted a Star Wars painting based on a tattoo he has. This is my interpretation printed on metal! I hope he loves it!
A couple of weeks ago, I posted my painting of Pumpkin. This is her brother Snoop, also adopted from The Greater Derry Humane Society!
My latest painting is of Remy who is celebrating his 12th birthday. His Mom and Dad own Rockingham Brewing Company. They are huge supporters of The Greater Derry Humane Society, Inc. where I adopted my dogs from, and I was very happy to give them this gift.
Happy Birthday Remy!
Having a break from school was great, but I didn’t take a break from painting!
This is Pumpkin, who was adopted from The Greater Derry Humane Society a little over a year ago!
My friend tagged me in a post a few days ago where someone was looking to have a portrait painted. This is Jaxon, who recently passed away. I’m honored to have been asked to paint him. His mom is going to use my work as the inspiration for a tattoo she is getting of Jaxon. He was a beautiful boy, and I’m happy this painting made her smile!
I just finished a painting of Sashi. Sashi passed away recently, and a friend wanted to gift a painting in her memory. RIP Sashi ❤️🌈
I hope this painting brings comfort and a smile to Sashi’s mom.
Digital paintings can also be printed on canvas!
This is Baby, who was adopted from The Greater Derry Humane Society in 2020. Her family just adores her, and Mom wanted to have a painting done on canvas as a Christmas gift for Baby’s human sister. She’s so happy with how it came out that she donated $50 to GDHS to help more homeless animals!
Thank you for supporting animal rescue!
Losing a beloved best friend is one of the most difficult things to go through. I painted this digital portrait as a memorial gift for a friend to give. I hope it brought some comfort to Re*****on’s parents.
RIP Re*****on 🌈
Another painting done of one of my own…Mr. Frank Rigatoni!
Since school ended, I’ve been working on a painting of my own dog Andy. We adopted him from GDHS in February. He’s 11 and the happiest dog we’ve ever met! I’m excited to add him to our wall of portraits!
School has been keeping me pretty busy, but I finally finished Molly’s other dog Ayumu! I hope she loves both of her paintings!
I loved working on this painting of Ichigo for our friend Molly! Molly has been taking amazing care of our dogs in the cardiology department at Mass Vet Referral Hospital for many years.
Next up, I will be painting Molly’s other beautiful baby!
It’s school vacation week so I had extra time to finish this painting of Blu! I hope her family loves it!
This is a digital painting of my little friend Coco I did for Valentine’s Day! I hope everyone enjoyed their day! ❤️
Congratulations to Dunstable! He was adopted on Christmas Eve, and I painted this portrait for his family! I hope they love it!
I couldn’t post this one earlier since it was a Christmas gift, but it arrived in NJ today!
This is Calvin, my cousin Frank’s dog. He is super adorable, and I loved painting him! Merry Christmas Frank and Calvin!
Frank is the owner of another small business, Mr. Mister Candle Company. If you are looking for the best candles, check him out!
I haven’t done any animal paintings this month, but I have been busy working on school projects. A lot of you know how much I love Transformers, so I digitally painted a couple of my favorite toys in settings that fit their characters!
All of my paintings are done from scratch, so if you have an idea for something you want painted, send me a message!
I worked on this painting for about a month. It is probably the hardest one I’ve done so far, but I wanted to make sure I got it right since it’s a birthday present for someone very special.
Happy Birthday Patrice! I hope you love your painting!
I just finished a painting of handsome Buddy! I hope his mom likes it!
Buddy was adopted from The Greater Derry Humane Society, where 10% of this purchase will be donated.
I don’t usually paint people, but I got a special request from a friend. I hope you love it Angela! I really had fun doing something different!
I finished custom paintings of Wes and Diesel today!
Thank you Brianna for your order! I loved painting both of them!
$10 was donated to The Greater Derry Humane Society also!
Working on a custom painting of Wes right now!
Sometimes people ask how I do digital paintings.
After selecting a clear photo of your pet, I line the original up next to a blank canvas with grid lines.
I then zoom in on each box so I can see every little detail about your pet’s appearance. Using an xp-pen tablet and stylus, I paint your pet box by box until the portrait is complete! Typically, a portrait takes between 5 and 7 days to complete.
Looking forward to posting my finished painting of Wes!
Finished a digital painting of our own dog Tony!
My name is Mikey. I am a high school student and the artist at From Rocco’s hART. All of my work is done on the computer using an XP-PEN tablet and stylus. Your pet’s portrait will be digitally hand drawn by me in Photoshop from scratch. I do NOT take your photo and digitally enhance it to look like a painting. I will always try my best to make your portrait look exactly like your pet. You must provide a clear, close-up photo of your pet. It takes approximately 5 days to complete a portrait. Once finished, you will receive a proof to approve before printing.
I have always loved animals, especially dogs. The name of my shop is inspired by one of my rescue dogs, Rocco. He was a senior chihuahua who we adopted at the age of 10. 10% of every portrait sold will be donated to The Greater Derry Humane Society in Derry, NH to support their dedication to saving homeless animals.
8x10 digital paintings are just $50.
