Honored to share the spotlight with the Harvest Drive organization at today's Community Involvement Awards. Our collaboration on the Harvest Drive School Pantry Project won Outstanding School-Based Partner of the Year at the Middle School level.
We're excited to announce that we're applying for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant to offer before and after-school support, along with summer learning opportunities. Our program will provide: Academic Support, STEM Exploration, and Famiy Engagement. Our goals are to boost academic achievement, develop important life skills, create a nurturing environment, and support student and family growth. Stay tuned for updates on our grant application!
Pines students participated in the "If I Were Mayor..." essay contest in January. These students were recognized by the Florida League of Mayors Organization. 11 students received participation certificates in the "If I Were Mayor" essay contest." Thank you Mrs. Bajwa for your dedication! π πΎ
