Giving up on your dreams is the easy way out. It’s often more comfortable to let your circumstances or other people dictate your life – but you’ll never find fulfillment that way.
Dreams are what make us want to carry on and keep us smiling. Without dreams, we would have no motivation to do what we want to in life, and no reason to want to achieve the very best for ourselves.
Don’t spend half of your life fantasizing about your dreams, make the most of what life has to offer!

Do you keep your front porch decor simple, or do you go all out?
No matter what season it is, curb appeal is critical to the presentation and sale of your home. If you want to make the best first impression this fall, follow these curb appeal tips:
🏖️Store any items that are "out of season" (even if you're still using them).
🕯️Invest in outdoor lighting since the days are getting shorter. Especially important for the front of your home, so that prospective buyers' first impressions are lighter and brighter.
🍂Add pops of fall colors, like potted mums or a fall wreath. Keep it simple and tasteful, and skip anything that might block your walkway.
💡If you live in a condo, highlight your front door and make your entryway special. Replace hallway light bulbs so that they shine brightly and hang up a fall wreath.
🚪Place a large, welcoming rug in your doorway/entryway. When buyers walk into your house, they will stand on your mat until they decide whether to take off their shoes. You want the rug to feel large enough that they don't feel stuck on a tiny island.
Your home should be aspirational. Think -- dream space to sip apple cider on a fall day and read a book.
If you're thinking of selling, let's have a conversation, and I'd be glad to drive by your house and give you some suggestions. Just DM me your address and your Starbucks order, and I'll be there!
Hands up if you're carving pumpkins for Halloween! This is one of my favorite Halloween activities.
Here are 5 ways to get your home sold fast: declutter, deep clean, make repairs, curb appeal, and light up your home.
Follow these simple tips to help your home stand out from the competition.
Never give up and go for gold! Everything is possible with a positive attitude.
An appraisal is vital for the home buying process. Lenders rely on appraisals to validate a home's value and ensure they're not lending more than the house is worth.
Is your pantry organized? Clear bins with peel and stick labels are key to staying organized. They stack, and they allow you to see what you already have. I'd love to know how you organize your pantry, post your pics and tag me!
Almost every would-be home buyer has faced this decision: should I add to my savings for a down payment, or should I pay off my debt?
At first, it seems like the answer would be obvious: pay down your debt! But, it all depends on the type of debt and your interest rate. For example, if you have a low-interest student loan, you can probably start saving for that down payment. But if you're paying off a high-interest credit card, then you'll probably want to tackle that before you save money.
I highly recommend talking to a lender to get a better understanding of your specific situation. The answer for you will depend on your goals and priorities.
Yes, it's been a seller's market in 2021, but there are still many good reasons to consider becoming a homeowner.
Although house hunting can be competitive, it's so worth it when you think of the benefits of owning your home.
Here are a few:
▪️ Personality: You can make your home uniquely yours. Want to add shelves in the bathroom? Paint the bedrooms a different color? Your home is your canvas to personalize as you like.
▪️ Stability: When you own your home, the landlord will never raise the rent. Plan your future knowing what your monthly expenses will be.
▪️ Equity: Over time, you build equity in your investment, securing your family's future.
▪️ Community: Not only do you own your home, but the neighborhood and lifestyle -- you can put down roots and get to know your neighbors!
▪️ Tax Exemptions: When you own your home, some tax benefits you can enjoy in the short and longer term.
If you are a homeowner, what do you love the most about owning your home? And if not, what is stopping you! ⤵️

You can't find the perfect home without the perfect agent. That's where I come in! I'd love to help you find your forever home and represent you at the closing table. Let's talk soon!
We might not know exactly what is going to happen to the housing market this year … if things will slow down or remain steady -- but the one thing we do know is that if your house isn't on the market, we can't sell it!
If you're thinking about selling, but you're on the fence, let's do a quick consultation... with no strings attached!
I can pull a comparative market analysis and get an accurate valuation of your property, or you can give me a quick tour of your home so I can make some recommendations on things like staging to prepare your home to go on the market.
I'll never try to pressure you into anything, but there's a lot of buyer demand right now so preparedness is key! DM me if you'd like to schedule that chat and we can take it from there.
My number one staging tip: when in doubt, add a house plant. Don't you think a little greenery brightens up any environment? 🌱
Who doesn't love all things fall? Any excuse to drink PSL and wear all the fall clothes. I live in South Florida where we get a few GOOD days of cool weather, & on those days, I love me a cute sweater! What's your go-to item?

When buying a home, be sure to plan when saving for a down payment and closing costs. Closing costs usually run 2-5% of the total purchase price. Now, more than ever, you must have money set aside to cover those costs.
