Called a week ago to make an appointment here for 4 of us, when we arrived ON time for our appointment all of the pedicure stations were filled up and there was no one to work on us we had to wait. What is the point of making an appointment if they do not honor them? There was ONE woman working on three of us getting pedicures when they finally sat us down!! Then when we all finally had someone working on us they flew thru it, hardly a relaxing pedicure that’s for sure. Because we lost that time waiting and waiting we decided to forget the manicures all together. The point was to have us all done around the same time but because they were highly understaffed to accept walk ins AND appointments they had already on the books. They should have a sign that says walk-ins only.
