Here is our version of a delicious and comforting summer chicken and vegetable soup, bursting with fresh flavors and goodness. For an even better taste, use fresh products from your garden. Here's how to prepare this soup:

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, diced
3 carrots, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
1 chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 liter of chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Instructions:
Harvest your garden vegetables: onions, parsley, celery, carrots, and garlic. Fresh vegetables will give your soup an exceptional taste.

Prepare the ingredients: chop the onion, dice the celery, slice the carrots, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley.

Sauté the vegetables: in a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
